"inadvertent whistles" happen all the time, its because we are human and we are all fallible To make the most correct call on disputed plays it shouldn't be disallowed because of the whistle being blown....thats just ridiculous in my opinion, its like oops, I dropped something now we can't review it...sorry! c'mon now The league should make all calls reviewable.
