Same kind of call with roughing the passer on QB – Titans(Collins).
This cost the Ravens Win @ home. Titans won on that call.

Bill Carollo working the Titans@Ravens. An absolutely pathetic call with roughing the passer that determined the game. One game in the NFL is huge and an awful call should not determine it.
