I agree with you when you say that Boger should be in consideration for the Super Bowl, however, the NFL has a policy which states that in order for someone to officiate the Super Bowl, they have to be at their position for 5 years. This is only Boger’s 3rd season as a referee, so that would make him ineligible for the Super Bowl. Also, a person cannot officiate the Super Bowl in 2 consecutive years, so that also makes Mike Carey ineligible.
Here is a list of officials who are ineligible for the Super Bowl: Boger, Carey, Cheffers, Green, Parry, Riveron, and Steratore.
I have a feeling that either McAulay, Triplette, Morelli, or Carollo will get the Super Bowl this year.

The officials missed the easiest pass interference in history. If the official was any closer he would have smelled his breath. Panther defender pulled left arm of Giants receiver. Again, the need to check for illegal actions by the officials (gambling).
If they are not cheating, then they just do not know what they are doing.

The officials for the Giants and Panthers are terrible. It could be officiated better with Seeing Eye dogs.

How are playoff officiating crews determined? I know it is based off each crews’ performance during the season. However, does each crew get only one playoff game? Or do the better do games each week? In my opinion, I think Jerome Boger is the favorite to get the Super Bowl. His officiating is the best I’ve seen this year, without a doubt.

NFL85.com -> Ed Hochuli site will not come up for me. It reads 404 error.
