Bill Lemonnier

Bill presently serves as a Referee for the Big 10 Conference as well as the Arena Football League.  In his 15 seasons with the Big 10, Bill has been honored with 12 Bowl assignments.  These include the Fiesta Bowl, the Orange Bowl, the Cotton Bowl, the Holiday Bowl, the Pigskin Classic, the Texas Bowl, the GMAC Bowl and the Independence Bowl.
 
Bill has worked 8 seasons in the AFL and served as the referee for Arena Bowl XVII, and also worked the 2007 World Cup of American Football Championships in Kawasaki, Japan.
 
Bill presently serves as an Officiating Consultant for USA Football.  An outreach group sponsored by the NFL Youth Foundations, USA Football assists youth football organizations across the country with league organization, coaching, player safety and officiating.

bill and his crew worked the msu/iowa game last night. It is time for bill and his crew to move on. They are terrible and made two or three of the worst calls this year in college football–all of course for the undefeated team. They should be suspended but won’t be because jim delaney stinks as bt comm. Time to retire Bill !!!

I’m not sure which guy on his crew called that personal foul on the big hit, but he should never have been allowed out of town after that pathetic performance.

Bill cost notre dame the game vs michigan he called back amost every big play they he is the worst referee he also called back a big run by armondo allen and said he steped out of bounds at the 22 yard line was bull because the wasn’t defenittive evdens

We got your message before, no need to repeat yourself.

So your saying that Bill said Allen was out at the 22 or was it another official like a back-judge or side judge or lineman / line-judge that reported to Bill that Allen went out at the 22 YL ?

Also “the wasn’t defenittive evdens” what definite evidence or lack of evidence (not sure what you mean) are you referring too ?
