Walt Coleman never had a chance to referee a Super Bowl game yet, but Mike Carey had the prestigious honour of being the first-ever Afro-American referee in a Super Bowl game. Too bad the Pats lost; their perfect season was ruined by Eli Manning’s New York Giants.
