I don’t think the Kansas City player should have been flagged for kneeling and praying to Allah. Why should praying and thanking your God be penalized? I understand the NFL does not want excessive celebrating in the end zone, I get it. I don’t understand how that ref looked at that act and determined it was excessive celebrating. If a Christian Player knelt and made the sign of the cross in the end zone, would that be viewed as a penalty also?
