Jeff Triplette, B.A., Lt Col USAR (Ret.) is a referee for the National Football League, his number is 42.
Jeff joined the NFL as a field judge in 1996 and became a referee in 1999.
He is Vice President for Risk Management at Duke Energy, a massive energy company headed out of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Jeff is a retired Army Reserve colonel. He was awarded the Bronze Star for actions in the Persian Gulf War while serving in the North Carolina Army National Guard.

Wow. I hope a few of these refs get a pay dock for missing the blatent pass interference no call that led to an NO touchdown. Pretty sad. This is just another reason these feeble eyed refs need to be replaced by abled eyed computers. Their time has come and gone.

I am a high school football official in Newport News, Va. I would like to know how can obtain some flags or down indicator that I saw some of the crews wearing for Breast Cancer Awarness. Also I thought you and your crew sone a great job in the monday night game.

These guys need to get their eyes checked. BJ-#133 S.Freeman was looking directly at the ball hitting the ground on Roddy White’s non-catch that he signaled TD only to overturned by review. How could he miss that call? Bad,indecisive calls all night long by this crew that led to alot of reviews and challenges. Terrible.
I am not sure what went on on the dallas – green bay game , but there was a challenge by dallas and tripplett said it was not a reviewable challenge but the ref tripplett got it all wrong and cost dallas 7 points considering that gteen bay got the ball on the 3 yd line maybe they need some sort of glasses since Jones recovered the fumble and was down by NFL rules but the refs said no!!!! what is the problem with these refs of trippletts crew. Maybe they are getting paid off or maybe they are betting and now the officals are really dumb considering the call on the field was a comlpeted catch and now they are giving green bay one more challegenge wat is going on here . Wow finally tripplet was told that they not have a challenge , so why he go under the hood I guess if it was not really a completed pass by dallas then tripplett would of changed the call on the field this game is one of the worst games I have seen officated since the arkansas and florida game it is really hard to make any since of all this bad officating I am sorry guys but you the refs really need to call what you seen and not call what you do not see. And please do not call the game with a favorite team and do not bet on any games period or you may find your self in Prision like the other ref who got [popped and convicted I think I hope they never let him ref again. hey maybe if you guys get charged with betting on a team then I can move up tpo the NFL
You’re an idiot if you honestly think this guy (Triplett) is crooked. He’s a retired US Army Colonel, decorated in the first Gulf War with the Bronze Star. Get serious!!
Way to give the Cowboy/Packer game away to the Packers. When Romo fumbled and a Cowboy obviously recovered then was stripped , while down and you said it was un-reviewable and gave the Packers the ball on the Dallas 4 yd. line. Unbelievable!! My god you review everything. If this is a league rule then it needs to be changed. If not then you need to re-enlist colonel.
Rulebook: “Non-reviewable plays include but are not limited to … recovery of loose ball in the field of play.” He should have known before he started to initiate the challenge

yeah , but my point is the guy of someone on his team is blind weather it was reviewable or not is not so much the point as it waqs a blantly wrong call he may bot be crooked but he is the idiot or blind

I think the biggest majority of the officials have been payed off so that what ever particular team they want to win is who wins….. Have you all not figured out yet that none of the nfl official wants Jerry Jones’ Dallas Cowboys to win anything. Classic case of everyone loves to hate Dallas. Even though they are not the only ones being unfairly called against. You can bet even though they are as crooked as they can be the New England Patriots control the NFL Officials it is obvious
