    how was don carey promoted to a ref? I know his broth Mike is one of the best refs but his brother Don is awful. He shows no enthusiasm and when he reviews plays doesnt even give an explanation. Don is by far the worse ref in the league

    I wouldn’t say that Eric, I think he did a great job in a big game today, IMO he is better than Coleman, Green, and a few others, I am not saying he is the best ref but he is improving and will continue to improve with time

    Don Carey is in his early 60’s so how long will he be a ref? Maybe he will just referee for a couple of years before another young official steps up.

    One of the worst calls I have ever seen was in the Bucs-Dolphins game. Clearly Clayton was down and rolled before the ball came out. What was the ref looking at on instant replay. It was NOT a fumble.
